Quick help

How do I play?

Drag to rotate the sphere, twist with two fingers to roll it, and pinch to zoom. Tap a hidden tile to reveal it, short-hold to place or remove a flag, and tap a revealed clue to chord when its adjacent flags match the clue.

Why is my first reveal taking a moment?

HexSweep verifies newly generated boards against its deterministic solver before revealing the opening. Larger Hard and Extreme boards can take longer, especially the first time they are prepared on a device.

Does the Daily Challenge need an account or internet connection?

No. The Daily Challenge is generated locally from the UTC date, works offline, and stores the official attempt and streak history only on your device.

Where is my progress stored?

Current games, preferences, statistics, and Daily Challenge history are stored locally in the app's protected sandbox. HexSweep does not provide account-based or cloud synchronization.

How can I remove my HexSweep data?

Deleting HexSweep from your device removes its local app data. Device backups are controlled separately by Apple and your device backup settings.
